Roles and what each one can do are managed under the Roles subtab. "Microsoft 365" only works for accounts in NovaDome's own tenant — the email above must exactly match their real Microsoft 365 address, and Microsoft 365 sign-in needs to be connected under Admin > Integrations first.

Roles

"admin" and "carrier" are built in and can't be renamed or deleted, but their permissions (aside from a few that admin can never lose, to prevent locking everyone out) are still editable.

Microsoft 365

Connect the operations mailbox so "Send RFP" emails go out from a real NovaDome address instead of a third-party relay. Sign in on the consent screen as the operations account, not as yourself.

PO Tracker's automatic vendor-email review also uses this connection and needs the mailbox's inbox read permission (Mail.Read). If this was connected before PO Tracker was added, click "Connect Microsoft 365" again once to re-consent — the old connection won't pick up the new permission on its own.
